Description
Build of a paper model originally designed by bunnyears. Model Is based on painting from an old '70s art book (mini cover repro in pic) "Terran Trade Authority Space Wreck" by Stewart Cowley.
A LOT of modifications to original design. Original design was a forced perspective miniature and utilized the original art as texture work. Dead pilot was added and modified from an existing design, model was extended and modified so that it could be viewed from any angle, control panel was scratchbuilt as well as the ribs. Base was extended and covered with railroad grass.

Really cool looking model created from that iconic image, I'm sure I still have that book archived around here somewhere time to take a look for it I think
